In addition to project management, I was part of the design and strategy for CPA's brand update, as well as the management and production of a variety of events that ultimately lead to an increase in enrollment and student retention at the school. These events included open houses, homecoming parades, a jersey retirement event for Chandler Park Academy alum and NBA player Derick Walton Jr., graduation ceremonies, community health resource fairs, and community block party.

As the Director of Production, I provided oversite and supervision for designers, copywriters, project managers, and more to support client events. This included managing and negotiating all aspects of events such as venue coordination, travel and transportation for attendees and vendors, registration websites and attendee lists, entertainment acquisition, photo and video direction, and designing and selecting food and beverage menus.
